DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: All Provinces in South Africa
SANRAL is inviting Civil Engineering students to apply for Internships within the company. The programme is offered to candidates who require work-integrated learning (in-service training) to obtain their qualification and graduate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be studying towards a Civil Engineering qualification
- Must be looking for in-service training (work integrated learning) to graduate
- Must be studying at a TVET/ College, University, or University of Technology
- Must be an undergraduate student

You will be required to submit the following documents with your application:
- A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
- A certified copy of your Identity Document
- A copy of your Academic Record
- A letter from your tertiary institution stating that you qualify to begin your work-integrated learning
Please note:
- Intern placement is subject to project availability within the regions (Construction & Routine Road Maintenance)
- All internships are divided per region, therefore, it is imperative that you apply for the region closest to you
- Placements are subject to the number of positions available per region

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL), is an independent, statutory company registered under the terms of the Companies Act. The company is responsible for the maintenance, development, and management of the roads within South Africa (this includes National, Regional and Provincial routes.)
