Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Duration: 24 months
Tiger Brands is offering Future Leaders Development Programmes, with the aim of upskilling graduates who show potential to reach leadership positions in the organisation. Interns will join various disciplines within the company, whereby they will receive training through a structured combined learning programme, which intends to prepare them for key roles within the organisation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have recently completed your 3rd or 4th year of study towards a relevant tertiary qualification:
- Chemical Engineering FLDP: BSc or BEng Chemical Engineering
- Corporate Affairs FLDP: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management, Economics, Enterprise Development. Communications, Strategic Communication, Journalism)
- Customer FLDP: BCom Degree in Business or related fields (Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Management etc.)
- Finance CA(SA) Stream FLDP: BCom Degree in Accounting & completion of level 2 CTA
- Human Resources FLDP: BCom Degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology)
- Industrial Engineering FLDP: Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology
- Information Technology FLDP: BSc Information Technology OR Computer Science
- Mechanical Engineering FLDP: BSc/BEng Degree (Mechanical)
- Supply Chain Management FLDP: BCom Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain)
- Research and Development FLDP: Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology
- Must have achieved a minimum 65% academic average
- Must be highly ambitious and self-motivated
- Must wish to work within the FMCG industry
- Must have strong leadership and team working capabilities
- Must show potential for high achievement and innovation
- Must not have worked full time (more than 1 year, not including workplace experience) in your field of study
- Must be a recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa
- Must be willing and able to move location/ relocate throughout the training programme
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
