ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE INTERNSHIP:
Toys R Us is an international toy, clothing, and baby product retailer. Toys R Us South Africa was established in 1996 and is one of South Africa's biggest toy stores, selling a variety of toys for kids of all ages. Toys R Us stores can be found in most major malls across South Africa, as well as being found online where customers can shop for products via their website.
The store sells a variety of products, in these categories: action play, learning and educational toys, dolls and accessories, outdoor play, building sets and blocks, games and puzzles, pretend play, baby and toddler, just to name a few.
DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Toys R Us & Babies R Us are inviting TVET graduates, who have an N6 qualification in any field, to apply for the position of TVET Students Intern. The aim of the programme is to provide graduate students with practical work experience within the Sales/ Marketing environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have completed an N6 qualification in any field, at a TVET College
- Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
- Must be fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Must be fluent in any other offical South African language
