DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Truworths is offering a Credit Learnership opportunity in Cape Town. The aim of the learnership is to cross train candidates – allowing them to operate in the Truworths Credit Services environment, as well as deal with customers telephonically and provide customer services on queries relating to store accounts.
 

Learners will be required to:

  • Complete logbooks
  • Be prepared for assessments
  • Be competent as a Credit Services Agent
  • Deal with Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Educate customers, with regards to: benefits of payment; NCA, Fashion Delivery Service and consequences of non-payment
  • Administration duties: adhering to administrative call procedures with speed and accuracy and update customer details, summarising comments in the memo field
  • Quality of Call Ending

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must have completed Grade 10 (minimum)
  • Must be passionate about retail and fashion
  • Must be able to deal with customers
  • Must be committed to completing the programme
