DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
The V&A Waterfront along with Solve is offering a Graduate internship opportunity. During the programme, the candidate will complete tasks pertaining to Administration Support, Information Documentation, Reporting, Research, and Ad-hoc.
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Building and maintaining professional and strong relationships with many stakeholders through active communication
- Performing administration tasks and support
- Coordinating, planning, and organising meetings and multi-stakeholder events
- Engaging in research
- Assisting in special projects
- Preparing and planning reports and other documents
- Distributing and coordinating information documentation
- Ensuring minutes are kept and distributed timeously
- Ensuring files are appropriately documented
- Maintaining important records
- Providing assistance with the compilation of reports
- Ensuring relevant documentation is proof-read
- Ensuring research on global and local best practices are conducted effectively
- Analysing data
- Performing support tasks
- Performing ad-hoc duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have a Post-Graduate Degree in Social Impact, Sustainability, Urban Management or relevant
- Must be highly organised and have the ability to plan effectively
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have a methodical work approach
- Must be detail-orientated
- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Must have excellent numerical skills
- Must have strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be a logical thinker
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be interested in shared values, inclusivity, sustainability, ocean sustainability, waste management, social impact, shares values, and SMME's
